While violence and death in movies and on television in America are standard fare, dying is still a taboo subject. As a result, the experts say, the end of life experience is often worse than it has to be. Smith college professor Joan Berzoff's experience with the death of her sister led to her editing a new textbook: Living with Dying. Karen Brown reports.
