Beach Boy brings old tunes to a new generation

Surfin’ U.S.A, Good Vibrations, Little Deuce Coupe…these are just a few of the catchy tunes made famous by those surfer dudes of summer, The Beach Boys. The popular band brought the sundrenched sound of California to the rest of the country. It was Brian Wilson’s extraordinary talent that led them to the top of the pop charts time and time again and eventually to the Rock and Roll Hall of Fame.

After a self-induced hiatus from the industry that made him famous, the pioneering musical genius who helped define a generation is back in the creative groove...now paying homage to two of his own musical inspirations: George and Ira Gershwin. In his album, Brian Wilson Reimagines Gershwin, Wilson not only puts his own twist on some of Gershwin’s timeless classics, he also makes history by completing two unfinished and never-before-published songs by the legendary duo.
