The Evolution of Charles Darwin

Modern day skeptics of Charles Darwin’s theories may not know they could cast Charles’ deeply religious wife Emma as a potential ally.

“I think you’re at war Charles, and we both know it’s a battle you cannot win,” Emma says in the new film Creation: The True Story of Charles Darwin.

The movie is a period-piece about the the Darwin family and Charles' revolutionary text The Origin of Species.

Charles and Emma are played by real-life married couple Paul Bettany and Jennifer Connelly.
