Inspired by Teddy Roosevelt's famous "The Man in the Arena" speech, Brené Brown set out on a quest to prove the power of vulnerability. What she discovered formed the basis of her latest book, Daring Greatly. Vulnerability, she says — putting yourself at risk for failure — is the key to finding great success. It's an especially important point for people in transition, whether it's finding a new career, moving on after a failed relationship or adjusting to any major life change.

In this installment of Prime Time Radio, she explains that, "Vulnerabilty is not weakness at all. It's our greatest measure of courage."
