Surrealist artist Frida Kahlo never shied away from revealing her deepest and most passionate emotions.
Her self-portraits display her bold unibrow and faint mustache, while also alluding to her roller-coaster relationship with husband Diego Rivera and her constant struggles with pain.
Artist Judy Chicago and art historian Frances Borzello explain Kahlo's artistic achievements in their book, Frida Kahlo: Face to Face. Chicago discusses Kahlo with Prime Time Radio host Mike Cuthbert.
