From basic needs to any health and human service program, one call to Nevada 2-1-1 offers access to:
Basic human needs resource, physical and mental health resources, financial stability, programs for children, youth and families, support for older Americans and persons with disabilities, volunteer opportunities and donations, support for community crisis or disaster recovery
Nevada State Health Insurance Assistance Program
SHIP Volunteers offer FREE one-on-one assistance and counseling with respect to many problems seniors encounter regarding Medicare, supplemental health insurance and long-term care options.

Nevada Elder Protective Services
Provides Elder Protective Services for persons 60 years old and older who may experience abuse, neglect, exploitation, or isolation. Elder Protective Services serves all of Nevada.

Nevada Disability Advocacy & Law Center (NDALC)
The Nevada Disability Advocacy & Law Center (NDALC) is a private, nonprofit organization and serves as Nevada’s federally-mandated protection and advocacy system for the human, legal, and service rights of individuals with disabilities. NDALC was designated as Nevada’s protection and advocacy system by the Governor in March, 1995 and is funded by Federal grants and charitable, tax deductible contributions of private citizens.
Nevada Fair Housing Center
Nevada Fair Housing Center, Inc. (NFHC) is a private non-profit formed in 1993. Originally part of Nevada Legal Services, the agency became a separate organization in 1995. Their mission is to provide education, legal advice, enforcement, technical assistance, policy research and financial services, related to housing and consumer issues.

This agency handles consumer complaints regarding local utility services and motor carriers.

Consumer Credit Counseling Services
Consumer Credit Counseling Service is a non-profit NFCC member United Way Agency that offers free financial consumer credit counseling and credit education. Creditors are usually very cooperative with CCCS, waiving or reducing finance charges and late fees, reducing payments and/or bringing past due accounts current because our clients have sought out their professional guidance. All counseling is completely confidential and free.

Community Health Program Nevada Urban Indians, Inc.
Health services that allow participation of insured and non-insured individuals. Services include outreach and referral assistance, transportation to health care appointments, health promotion and disease prevention, diabetes prevention and AIDS education, Behavior and domestic violence counseling, elder program.
Southern Nevada Resources
Catholic Charities of Southern Nevada
Provides companionship, socialization and assistance with simply daily chores; assists frail, at-risk and isolated seniors with the services they need to prevent the onset of assisted living.
Clark County Social Services
The Social Service Department provides a variety of services for needy residents of Clark County not assisted by other state, federal or local programs. The primary mandates are to provide financial and medical assistance, protective services for seniors.
Clark County Senior Advocate Program
Dedicated to providing a central point of referral, outreach, partnerships, and advocacy for seniors.
Clark County Public Guardian
Has the duty of caring for individuals who are legally determined to be incapable of administering their own affairs. The seven elected members of the Clark County Commission appoint a Public Guardian to oversee the office.
Clark County Legal Services
Assists low income individuals with civil advice, counsel and representation.
City of Las Vegas Senior Law Project
Provides legal advocacy/assistance to person 60 years and older in civil areas of law including simple wills, long-term health care planning issues, consumer disputes and small claims instructions, intervention in elder abuse, landlord/tenant and mobile home problems, homesteads, social security problems and other government benefits problems. Also helps with preparation of documents for handling medical/legal issues in the event that the client is unable to do so.

A premier organization providing non-medical services for senior citizens that develops, coordinates and delivers non-medical supportive and assistive services to seniors helping them to maintain their dignity and independence and improve daily living.
HELP of Southern Nevada
Assists families and individuals throughout Southern Nevada to overcome barriers and attain self-sufficiency through direct services, training and referral to community resources.
Northern Nevada Resources
Washoe County Public Guardian
Serves as Guardian, by court appointment, to vulnerable individuals who are unable to manage their personal and financial affairs, by orchestrating provision of services, providing informed consents on their behalf, and protecting, preserving and managing their assets.
Washoe County Senior Law Project
Provides legal advocacy/assistance to person 60 years and older in civil areas of law including public benefits, life planning, consumer issues, housing issues, elder rights and other government benefits problems. Also helps with preparation of documents for handling medical/legal issues in the event that the client is unable to do so.
Nevada Rural RSVP
RSVP is part of Senior Corps, a network of national and community service programs that each year supports the engagement of nearly 500,000 Americans age 55 and older in service to meet critical needs in education, the environment, public safety, homeland security, and other areas. Senior Corps is administered by the Corporation for National and Community Service in Washington D.C. The mission of the Corporation is to improve lives, strengthen communities, and foster civic engagement through service and volunteering.
