I have come a long way since my days in the bars.I grew up and found what i wanted in my life,a home and my family.Thank God they were still there for me.I am now for the first time in my life the person i want to be.I have found when God closes a door he opens a  window and sometimes its hell in the hallway. Embrace yourself and your strengths.Don’t  waste time feeling insecure and trying to please people. You are only wasting your time and life on them. Be confident in yourself. Life is life and when it knocks you down pick yourself up and move on.Don’t care what others think about you.Care what you think about you.Never let people make you second guess what is and what isn’t .I am old and getting older and I have learned a lot on this path through life so far.I know what I am now and when this life is over I will know who I was. Its been a journey to  where I am now but it has been worth it all . These are a few things I have learned on this path. #1     .I have found the strength to get up when i sometimes  I just want to give up  #2.I have learned to be greatful for even the small things in life. #3 To keep my faith as I wait for my miracle #4 To let my heart heal when friends have turned their back on me.#5 To keep pressing toward home.#6  To dance in the rain #7Cherish the memories.#8  I am loved by some and hated by others.#9That I am who I am  # 10 Always be who you are and say what you feel because those who mind don’t matter and those who matter don’t mind. Thank you Lord for makeing me who and what i am . We all know  You never make a mistakes. I’m just myself no more no less.Someday everything will make perfect sense .But for now laugh at the confusion smile through the tears and keep reminding yourself that everything happens for a reason. I always try to live my life with honesty integrity and concern for my fellow man.What controls your mind controls you.As you can see I have my own viewpoints,opinions,and thoughts and feelings I guess maybe I dance to a different song.
