The house was filled with smoke; it was filled with the cloud of glory; as they began to cry one to the other “holy, holy, holy” the house was filled with glory. Isaiah was seeing by vision what was going on in the heavens. The heavens were declaring that the WHOLE earth IS full of his glory. But this only occurred when they cried one unto the other, holy is the Lord. It only occurred when they worshipped.
The word glory here is not something that God gives but that which God receives. The Hebrew word glory used in this verse, is describing that which is kadod. Kadod describes weight, something of splendor, honor, awesome, rich, and heavy. The same Greek word, doxah, means glorious, honorable, praise, worship. It is rooted in the meaning, to think, to render, to give, to bestow, bring forth, to deliver, to offer, to produce, to create, to make. This word is where you create glory, you produce glory, and you offer glory. It is not what God is going to do; it is what you are going to do.
True worshippers are glory producers. We manifest the glory of God. We are bestowing and offering glory in our worship. We are bringing unto the Lord, glory and honor. We are creating and manifesting glory. Being a true worshipper does not mean a person must be on the worship team, though those on the worship team need to be true worshippers. There needs to be true worshippers both on the worship team and in the congregation.
John 17:22 “And the glory which thou gavest me I have given them; that they may be one, even as we are one:” (King James Version)
What produces this oneness in God is this glory. That is why everyone in the church needs to participate in worship. That is why some can not be silent and watch while others worship. There has to be this oneness and then the suddenly of God will come. This is the kind of glory that makes us one. It is the kind of glory that we produce. This is the glory that will fill the earth by experience.
God does not give this glory, God receives it. It is when we praise and we worship. It is when we cry one to the other how awesome and holy God is. There has to be this passion to worship deep down in our bones. We must be true worshippers.
We need to come as true worshippers, having already been in worship, ready to praise and worship God together. They told each other that God is holy. God doesn’t need to hear it; we need to tell each other. God is holy! Heaven doesn’t need it; we need to get it in the earth.
