No we never felt any sea sickness -- even though the seas in our crossing were 12-15 ft -- the ship has submerged "wings " that keeps her on even keel . These ships are so large you never feel any sway or up and down motion, just once in a while and at best it is subtle.

The QMII had a game center low down in the ship near the water line where you could look out side , play cards or do jigsaw puzzels ( They had hundreds) The lower you are on a ship the less sway you might feel-- get a stateroom on decks 3-5 instead of decks 6-10

Typically if you feel sick take a ginger ale or swallow a natural ginger pill or lie down.

It is an incredibly beautiful ship. I am curious to know if you have felt seasick in the middle of the ocean with choppy waters. I have taken a few ferries and hopped on a boat and I did feel very seasick. That is why i have mixed feelings about those cruises. I want to experience all the luxuries and services but I am concerned about feeling seasick.
Thanks for sharing all the pictures! it must have been a great adventure

The Ship is beautiful -- very British in tradition, service and food. We lucked out with an easy trans-atlantic cruise. The seas can be rough in the middle of the ocean, we did not expirence any storms. It has to be fun doing a port hopping cruise since everyone comes out to view the famous lady. When we left NYC down the Hudson River in the evening -- hundreds, maybe thousands of flash cameras took pictures from apartments, the street, from cars -- it was amazing to see the constant flashes as we made our way out of the city. Something we would not have seen during a mid-afternoon departure. Yes it was a trip of a life time.

I am so envious at your cruise! It is one thing that I must do before I leave the planet. I've been close several times, having played Miami. I knew that I was only 90 miles from the Caribbean. So close and yet so far, I have yet to get there. You look as if you had a ball!!!
