I saw this configured several ways on a DIY'er website and thought I would share the idea with you since many of you correspond regarding earthy-crunchy things, camping, or just a general love of being outside in casual, comfortable circumstances. One pic had it set as sleeping quarters, another had more of an outdoor office tone, still another was like a gardener's haven
I'm guessing you could do it for short money. You could probably pick "reclaimed" items to give it the character and charm. Even better if you had wood that had already been lived in. I just built this really cool shelf from a piece of driftwood I found several years ago. Been holding onto it because I knew sooner or later I'd put it to some use
Thank you for stopping by and saying hello! I've heard Lake Erie can be very much like the ocean. Myself, love love love kayaking but my sense of direction is horrible so I usually make sure the shoreline is always in sight. Have yourself a wonderful time! Regarding the tools and building... so far so good. I'm really enjoying what I'm doing although the skills do allow ample room for improvement. --- Have a great day!
love the summer doll house... reminds me of when I was a little girl...how fun to enjoy a book or to just relax there and dream...by the way I started paddling last summer in and around Lake Erie....been my dream for a long time...what was I waiting for...I love it!! never too late to do what we desire...I'm 67 yrs odd (not a typo) odd in that not too many venture the things I start at my age....kudos to your life style...always liked to putz around with my Dad's and husbands carpentry tools.
