I was born in Chicago, Illinois. My father was killed in a hit-and-run accident when I was just one year old, so my mother and I moved to Columbus, Ohio and lived with my mother's parents. I graduated from West High School and became a legal secretary. I married and had six children, 4 girls and twin boys. My husband's work took us to Pittsburgh, PA, Crown Point, IN, and Dallas, TX. After many years of marriage, my husband and I divorced. In 1994 I married a wonderful man that I met doing family history. We married and I moved to Ohio where his home was. We were married 13-1/2 great years. He passed away in October of 2007 so I moved back to Texas to be near my children. I live in an adult community in Rockwall, TX and love it here. It's taking me a while to get used to the heat. I thank God every day for air-conditioning.

Interests:

My interests are genealogy, reading, mysteries, reality television, cooking for my family, and all types of puzzles. I also enjoy watching HGTV and the Food Network, although I don't cook much for myself.
