That is pretty cool. But I was a computer programmer for 25+ years. Don't really want to deal with software any longer.

We'd sure love to see some of those Canadian Rockies pictures...

I posted on the forum. We don't do pics any longer --- we simply hike every day for the overall, outdoors experience. That's why we like camping --- you're essentially outdoors, for weeks at a time, 24/7 (in a manner of speaking)

If you had it to do over, would you still persue your CNA, or would you perhaps choose another area/certification in the health care field?

Hello. I had originally started taking pre-reqs, while still a computer programmer, to go into nursing school. If I could do it over again, I would have gone for being a nurse.
Although, a lot of CNA's become nurses. It's a way to make some money, and get experience, before entering school or during.
Health care, especially nursing, is the place to be if you have the interest. Plenty of jobs, plenty of need, can be very rewarding.

You are SO RIGHT, RetiredTraveler. Had to cut back on those happy trips to visit my kids and grandkids. I, too, have a little car to get around town. It's a Geo Metro and falling apart but it does the job! My small Ford truck is reliable and makes the longer trips and carries blocks or lumber when I need to patch the house. ~ Sharlet

Hi and THANKS for comments to my post on GUNS...

Hi RetiredTraveler,

I think that traveling would be my first choice over staying-put in any town, so GOOD FOR U! And I am only glad that our varieties of towns in California give me an option on going to the beach, desert, or mountains.

Blessings...
