A struggle to stay with AARPAbout Me
Now this gets to be a hard subject, sometimes. I haven't spent my life in one place, I don't have 10 children and 30 grand children so when it comes to talking about myself, I feel I'll be talking to a bunch of blinking eyes.
I've lived in many places, have only one child and one grandchild. I've been in business and on the verge of doing it again.
I happen to live in an area, cuddled up against Albuquerque,NM, called Corrales. I'm a desert rat who can't stand high humidity of the south.
I'm a retired truck driver, who used to see all 48 contiguous states, so many times that every highway became a bore. Most of my war stories come from the road.
I'm 63 and forced to retire due to emphysema and spinal problems and I'm not happy about it
Interests:
I love chickens. I mend little critters and let spiders live, as long as they stay in their own claimed territories. Bugs fascinate me. I love the outdoors, especially all of nature. I love historyMy Photos (2)
