About Me

I started my career as a welder/fabricator in 70. Twenty three years later the plant closed, I have not been able to find my place again. I have worked with job corps for a while, trying to teach welding. Now I'm a school bus driver. I have not found that job that gives satifaction. Oh, the school bus does give satisfaction at times.

Interests:
I like to fish locally, record vinly music to cd's, play Playstation 2&3, cards.

Dear Rapaross,
In many areas there is a severe shortage of welders and other skilled trades. It sounds as if you enjoyed your welding and metal work career. Have you considered approaching the vocational & technical high schools in your area about teaching positions? The local offices of trade unions are another source to learn of job opportunities. I encourage you to get some advice, maybe from a local Career One Stop (State Employment Office) on planning a thorough job search. You've got valuable skills and I have to believe there is a good job out there for you. Bob Skladany
