About Me
I'm a 73 year old retired USAF officer that became bored with retirement and became a Certified Personal Trainer specializing in strength training for older adults. However, I do train younger adults also. I am also a competitive body builder. My last competitions were in 2007 in Austin, TX and 2005 in Houston, TX. I placed 1st in both compettions in the Grand Masters divisions.
