The annual BBQ went off great! We skeet shoot at 10 and then eat our way through the afternoon. We had about 50-60 people this year (no one counted) and several of them wanted to see our home that we built last year. Many went on hikes after lunch and some of us played games. We even had neighbors ride over and share their horses with those that wanted to ride. The smaller kids played on all the playground equipment and our tree swing was a huge hit with all ages. So far I'm sounding like an ad (sorry about that) but we did have a really fun time. We had some relatives come early to help set up and some stayed through Sun. to help clean up. Great time! Wish you could have been here to see & enjoy. Today we rest and start on a small building project to protect the sprinkler watering faucets. By the way, the weather yesterday started at 38 and hit a high of 85 in the afternoon. Sorry for your snow but we'll get some (probably) by Jan. Right now we're trying to prepare for rain & freezing weather that is sure to come (hopefully) soon. Pat
