OH MY, there are two doggies in the photo. Is that you? I thought it might be your daughter. You look about 27!

Hi, Dayna. Yep! 2 -- basset hound 13 yrs old, shepherd 2 yrs old... she's my security blanket :o) 27!!! Ha -- I look ok from far away, it's those closeups that scare ya ;o)

Just wanted to say, you said the key word..... prayers -- thank you. It's always interesting to me that people say "all I can do is pray..." When that is the single most important (in this scary world) thing we can do for one another.... He is my PEACE! I pray you have an easier time of it, and that your Dad is much better -- like my "85-year-old" bassett, he never ceases to amaze me how he comes through when it looks like it's the end for him.

My kids: this is another trial for me right now; I feel like Job... alot is coming down on me right now, but I know Who is in charge of my life, and this is not the end for me.... Blessed are the peacemakers for they will see God.

You have a very good week! And it seems there is help out here for us (have seen a few e-mails and answers to your plea -- I pray one is "just for you" and you can rest .....).

Much blessing to you!

Thank you for your email. That is an awesome dog. My kitties and my Dad's dog Sparkle are so much happiness. I am so sorry to hear what you are going through. I think that it is really a terrible shame. I just cannot give up though. I'm only a day older than I was the day before I got laid off????
I didn't tell my Dad- who is 86 and quite ill. I mean the week I lost my job, he went to the ICU- which is NOT the place for this news... He just this afternoon guessed. I am HUGELY relieved. He is not that upset. I told him I got severance and since I didnt appear freaked out (to him) he was ok- It is a great load off to tell him. I encourage you to revisit your choice about telling your kids. They love you, yes?
I will keep you in my prayers too. I just HAVE to get something. I am actually afraid to go on interviews now since I have had several really horrible experiences. but I have no other option... oh well.
One foot after the other. Best,
Dayna
