I am a senior citizen who continues to work because I love what I do. I have always enjoyed helping people and for the past 20 years I have been a realtor. It has given me a great opportunity to be involved in doing what I love most. Investing in people and real estate. In that order. I throughly enjoy helping others acquire their house and then love, family and friends makes it a home.

Interests:

I visit the gym everyday if possible. I love to walk. I love watching sports via the stands or the sofa. I use to be an avid gardener, but just try to maintain the yard now. I love to read, I love to research persons, places or things that might interest me. suspense, historial novels etc. I mentor students in the local elementary school (highlight of my week), I teach when needed in my place of worship. I love to travel whether it is a driveabout or a long trip.

Music:

Music is therapy for me...At times I need classical for composure and centering. Spirituals, older religious music from childhood. the new religious praise songs. The popular music of the 50's & 60's & 70's. I also listen to country/western- I like some of the new singers, but I especially like the old country musicians. I use soft rock and roll to turn my engine and get me going.I like encouraging new musical groups, bands, singers. I am not musicially inclined unless listening and being appreciative is considered musicial inclination.

Movies:

My favorite movies are chosen because of who I was watching them with- Pollyanna, Annie, Anne of Green Gables I watched & watched with my blind granddaughter when she was little. Free Willy, I watched & watched with a grandson who had been displaced by his parents. Pride & Prejudice is a yearly movie for me( all 6 hours). The Shawshank Redemption is a yearly watch. Forrest Gump. AND Any movie that makes me laugh.

Books:

I am an avid reader. I like mysteries, historial novels, biographies, the encyclopedia, the dictionary. I like to read to learn. If the author is giving me new information about something I am hooked and will complete the book.

Television:

I like anything that has a happy ending. I like watching shows for children and teenagers. It helps me better understand their actions, attitudes, and understanding. In fact I am hooked on a couple of those. I like the history, science, NASA channel. I like mysteries and suspense.
