I enjoy travelling, genealogy research, writing, an avid reader, antique cars, and tea with my friends
Interests:
Currently working on putting together old family photos and research data I've collected over the years on my family. I've been recently learning how to repair old family black and white photos from the late 1920's and 1940's that are slowing fading. What a fun project it is and there's such terrific free photo editing tools online to help me along. I've been compiling it altogether and sending out packets to various family members...so they can have it to share and help preserve our family history
Music:
I enjoy Celtic and Latin music, country, and big band music (Jimmy Dorsey, Glen Miller)

Books:
"The Rose Labyrinth"
Author: Titania Hardie -
This book is incredibly interesting with its historical details and its element of mystery surrounding John Dee, who was a spiritual consultant, astrologer and scientific advisor to Queen Elizabeth in 1609. It's about how past events are connected to a young woman named Lucy King in modern times. Lucy receives a heart transplant from a descendant of John Dee's. After her transplant, Lucy suddenly has an interest in the past and becomes involved in deciphering clues to a hidden treasure from the 1600s. The characters are facinating and the story line draws you in from the very start. If you enjoy intelligently written books, I highly recommend having a read of this book
Television:
I enjoy British murder mysteries with my favorites being Prime Suspect, Mi5, The Lynley Detective Series, Wire In The Blood, Detective Morse Series
