I'm a once-divorced, twice-married, mother of one. A heathen who married well. ('85) He was a seminary student. I came to Christ through a series of "talks" on a Walk to Emmaus in April of 90. It took that long to accept God's forgiveness and love. 8 months later I was paralyzed.
In 1993 my husband provided me, a quadriplegic, with a computer and encouraged me to journal. In 1997 I began to write and share my story with others. My story began as a one page, double spaced testimony. As I shared it I was told, You need to put more information in it. Today I'm working on a book of memories. It begins many difficult years before I knew Jesus.
I am married to a United Methodist pastor. I'm very independent and spend most days alone with my studies. I'm an active pastor's wife, an Adult Sunday School teacher, a Womens Bible study leader and a small group leader as well as a Certified Lay Speaker and a Certified Basic Lay Speaking instructor in the UMC.
