I was born in the south, Alabama in the 50's. I come from a very close net family. I was raised by my great grandparents. I have been married and in 1987 my husband died. I have two grown daughters and five grandchildren. I am a stroke survivor. Where I am today in my life is only by the grace of God. I believe in closeness of friends and love of family. I believe in all things southern. I enjoy music, most any kind. Working in the diet, fishing (but I haven't been in some time!) (smile) I enjoy writing poetry and it is my pass time. I like meeting people and feel true friendship is a gift!
