Trying to enjoy Spring but it is sure staying cool here in the Midwest..... should bring us summer........ Gardening and lawns are doing great... lots of spring blooming now...; still too cool to Kayak but getting close, most all the piers are in along our shore.... Sailing, kayaking, gardening, research-land and family histories, and writing Sewing, quilting and kids............. all ages........... Bird Watching Is Great here.... Work with the AARP's Tax-Aide Program; find it very worthwhile and rewarding

update: Read "The Shack"~~~~~ READ IT..... Take a Scrpiture Study class with our pastor- helping to understand the great book--The Bible Also enjoy Andrew Greeley novels.... he always mixes in some good Chicago area history.. Just finished 'Confederates in the Attic'.......... hope to read 'Shack' next so I do mix it up a bit!

When it is worth turning on....mostly public television and documentary stuff.......... but, do like "House".....and Jeopardy!
