"Manage Your Meds" Toolkit

 AARP New Hampshire has been working for several years on educating New Hampshire residents on the wise use of medications. Now AARP is sharing with you a new program—Wise Up on Meds—which is a free kit filled with all the tools you need to run a simple, yet effective program for your clients and community members.

 

 Wise Up on Meds comes with everything needed to give a one-hour presentation, at which attendees will learn why it’s necessary to keep an up-to-date personal medication record, how to prepare for a doctor visit, which questions to ask providers and how using generic drugs can save money.

Last year, Divided We Fail received the endorsement of Governor, Executive Council, entire Congressional Delegation, 24 of 24 State Senators, 13 of 13 mayors, and numerous members of the State House of Representatives. Nationally, 372 members of Congress have committed to putting aside partisan differences and taking action on health care and financial security.

 

 To recognize the efforts of Divided We Fail, Governor John Lynch declared today, January 13th, “Divided We Fail Recognition Day” as the second phase of the Divided We Fail campaign shifts into high gear.
