Four Negative ArchetypesAbout Me
Born a Hoosier during the depression year 1929. Now I am the only one left from a family of five. From this I have learned how important it is to add friends and extended family down through the years. Else it can get pretty lonely out there.
Interests:
Music has to be my favorite. Mom use to comment that I started my early life out in a kid size rocking chair, singing and rocking to bits and pieces of songs I would hear from grandpa, mom, church, radio and older kids. Mom tried to get me to ignore some of the songs I would hear from some of the older kids. She taught me to play piano "by ear", an uncle taught me to strum a uke by age 6, and down through the years I added the harmonica, french horn, banjo, mandolin; and began barbershop quartet singing in my 20s. Music has seen me through some tough terrain throughout life. It is part of who I am to this very day! Ah yes! There's photography,saving scenes of life's memories. Swimming! Nothing more invigorating than to move my entire body so effortlessly!. Hiking! Grandpa's woods, new routes to school each day, the mountains of North Carolina, the rolling hills of southern Germany, the seashores of Hawaii and New Guinea and much, much more. Most all of my hikes have given me new stories about life! I have many other interests; but perhaps too many for one life time. Believe it, or not, I have had time to work too! Social Work has been a good profession for me; but at times so, so sad.My Photos (4)
