About Me

My name is Patty. I am 52 years old in a couple of weeks. I have said that I am 52 years old for quite awhile now so that I will believe it when I turn it. I have added some fall pictures for all of you to enjoy. I realized that my "About Me" section has a lot to be desired so I decided to try and spruce it up a bit. I live in the Midwest and work two jobs so that I can pay off my stupid student loans that I took out. I thought that after college I would be doing great with no financial problems that I couldn't handle. Where here it is 3 years after graduation and life pretty much sucks when you have to work so hard to be able to barely make it. I figured it out that I would have to continue working until I was at least 80 years old to pay off my loans. I am so proud of my accomplishments. Grumble Grumble I do however, appreciate so much that I am healthy enough to work, enjoy my grandkids, and spend time with a great family. I look forward to making new friendships on here so that I have a way to spend my free time! Hah Ha!

Walking it Off

Whew, I feel like I have eaten On Thanksgiving day. I went to lunch with my brother and nephew after a long walk at the park today. We ate at Bishop Buffett and it was kinda good for awhile then I found some plastic in my twice baked potato and a hair in my green beans. YUCK!
