I own a real estate website company. One of my key customers is my wife, owner and Broker of a Pensacola real estate company for home buyers and sellers. We have two children, teenagers need I say more.
We moved to the Florida Gulf Coast in 2001 as a pre-retirement move. Later that year I received my AARP invitation in the mail. I thought, why are they sending ME this. The first realization I was now over fifty. Well I finally joined today and saw AARP had an online community so I signed up. Life here on the NW Florida Gulf Coast is truly wonderful; beautiful surroundings, low crime, low cost of living and a very mild climate. Unlike south Florida we have winter here, well no snow but day daytime temperatures are between the 70s to the 40s; occasional nighttime freezes. We actually have four seasons!
