Fredrik Colting, the Swedish author, wrote a book (60 Years Later:Coming Through The Rye) that a federal judge banned from publication in the U.S. based on copyright infringements. The author has now appealled that ruling and claims his work is a commentary on J.D.Salinger's work. The new book is selling for $30-50 on eBay.
