Bob's Special Spencer Steak was the highest-priced item. I didn't know Thousand Island salad dressing existed back then. The item which sounds the best to me is that Ham Steak, Generous Center Cut (I don't care for the pineapple), and Krinkle-Kut French Fries with salt, pepper, and ketchup would be excellent
