The following was said between clinched teeth:
"You think this is easy holding this damn cake and it must weigh 80 pounds? Take the damn picture Ralph, before I drop the damn thing. Ralph, did you hear me? I'm going to take this damn cake and ram it down your throat, take the damn picture already! Where's my stick? I'm going to beat the tar out of you. You just wait 'til I get you in the house. TAKE THE DAMN PICTURE!"
Yep, my husband retired and I quit! He's been retired since 1989.
When I lived in Sedro-Woolley it rained just about every day. I was born a Texas girl, so I knew there was sunshine out there somewhere. Now Sedro-Woolley gets more sun and is a lovely town. My daughters still live in Washington so I get to visit every year.
Thanks for letting me join. I put a topic in about the Zuchinni I picked from my garden and ate for supper tonight.
Ha Ha that's a scream! How long did it take to get that picture?
You certainly have a long list of home towns. You chose Texas over Sedro-Woolley? Odd. I have no idea where Hawkins or Toledo Village might be but I think I will look them up on my map. Or maybe Google???
I used that cat on my IM for a while. Just love it. Are you old enough to be retired?? I'm 85 and enjoying every minute of it. My husband has been retired for 30 years..... longer than he worked. He made out like a bandit, didn't he?
The pension was so good he couldn't resist. Welcome to the club, dear. That's the Dirty Hands Club I mean.
