just joined a 24/7 exercise club. you have a key and can go anytime so going should not be a problem. It has all the machines plus free weights. I like the eliptical, hate the treadmill. with the calculator i found out how many calories i burned. last week went 2 days and plan to go 4 this coming week. i have lost 2 lbs in 2 weeks. maybe this week will be more.
