Every day as I open my eyes I sort of look up and murmur a soft thank you and smile. I hop or jump (try to) out of bed and turn my coffee pot on and start planning my day. Usually I know in advance what my day will comprise of e.g. volunteering at the school for three hours, lunch and then maybe to the library to get the latest best sellers or the book store and have some good coffee and browse their book clearance aisles. Some mornings I do my Pilates and or Yoga routine, chat with some of the ladies and then lunch (healthy foods) and do some maintenance around the house (dusting, mopping). Perhaps read the paper, watch Oprah, news and then make a healthy dinner, relax, catch up on emails, bills and then watch tv for a couple of hours, bathe and night night and look forward to good night's sleep. Movies and dancing are fit in a few times a month as well as writing for my online course. I just love my life, and its freedoms since I retired and looking forward to my next twenty or so years.
