Feb. 1, 2008 I was 339lbs.. I changed my eating hibats. I exercise at least 4 days a week. Now I'm 297 lbs. I lost 43 lbs... Still I'm trying to loss 97 lbs.. and it's hard. I have arthristis in my knees and my back bad.. I'm stuggle, but I can do it
I'm go to the Bally Fitness now, to getting training right... If you have the same thing (weight).. We can band together
