Lossing Weight

Hello All,

        Feb. 1, 2008 I was 339lbs.. I changed my eating hibats. I exercise at least 4 days a week. Now I'm 297 lbs. I lost 43 lbs... Still I'm trying to loss 97 lbs.. and it's hard. I have arthristis in my knees and my back bad.. I'm stuggle, but I can do it I'm go to the Bally Fitness now, to getting training right... If you have the same thing (weight).. We can band together ...

I'm with you! My blood sugar just went up AGAIN, and my arthritis is getting worse. I also have a bum knee, so I have problems exercising for long periods, but I will join you in this pursuit. I'm starting at over 200 pounds, and I'm just 5'1", so that's a lot of weight to carry.
