About Me

I've been retired for a year and eighth months and I love it. I live in California but I was born in Peru, South America but I immigrated to this country almost forty years ago. Travelling is what I most enjoy whether here in the States or abroad. Travelling for me is a learning experience. It is always fascinating to me to learn about other cultures, meet new people, and experience the history and architecture of new places. I believe that we are never too old to learn new things.

Interests:

Reading, listening to good music, walking, traveling, movies, gardening, dancing. I enjoy reading the paper every day if I can. Some of my favorite programs are on the PBS channel. I enjoy going out to see a movie and go out to dinner with friends. I enjoy playing bunko once a month with my friends.
