When you start your life style changes to loose weight and become fit, remember to measure your hips and waist. Even though you may not be loosing pounds, you will still loose inches as body fat becomes muscle. I hit a plateau of no weight loss for the last couple of weeks, but did a hip measurement and have lost 1 inch in the 3 weeks. That keeps me going and I am not discouraged with no weight loss. I know that will come soon. Just the incentive I need to keep me on track to loose those last 7 pounds by Dec. 31. That will make 50 pounds for the year.
