Hello
I am a 57 year old single person who feels more like 35! But isn't that what they are discovering now? 50 is the new 30! Looks like the Boomers are still pushing the envelope and changing the rules. :)
I am a personal trainer, NPC National Figure Competitor, and student of natural nutrition. From late 2004 through summer 2007 I competed in 9 shows, most of which were in the Over 35 division. Competing was a dream come true for me - I plan to share my story on my website soon with the hope that it will inspire others.
I have 3 beautiful boys who are grown men now and I am very proud of them.
I keep busy developing my business and keeping good friendships.
My passion is to help people realize their value and fulfill their life's purpose. My dream is to have a facility where people can come to get some exercise and R&R.
