This is all new to me.  First time for this type of on-line journal.  i have kept a written journal before but this is very new for me.  I think it will be good for me to try to find myself.  I am trying to start a new chapter in my life as I near retirement and for the first time in many, many years find myself alone inthis journey.  I am very unsure of myself in this area and am looking for groups to bond with at this time of my life.  I have been a widow for four years now (I hate that W word) and finally feel it is time to move on but don't know how to go about it.  For 30 plus years I had a partner in everything I did and then it was all taken away from me.  I think I am doing fine in may areas but want more from life.  Thought I would try this forum as a way to begin this new journey.
