Laughing is often an easy thing to do. Being truly happy can sometimes be a bit more challenging! I used to pay attention to my health because I had to. Then I paid attention to it because I wanted to. Now I pay attention to it because as long as I'm breathing it gives me a slightly better shot at being able to enjoy the quality of the day such as I choose to spend it. I will never try to get healthy but I usually am successful at making modifications to my lifestyle along the way, perhaps in bits and pieces, and perhaps just for bits and pieces of time, but over time there seems to be a bit of a cummulative effect.--- Have a great day
