Hi, Pam
Our trees are starting to change here in the Chicago area....some already have. It's always bittersweet for me, the fall season. It is so beautiful, especially right now with the harvest moon glowing so brightly. But the darkness and gloom to come makes me want to go into hibernation. But then the cold, crisp, sunny days of January, with a freshly fallen snow sparkling like diamonds, are wonderful, too!

We are starting to see the colors of fall here in West Virginia, as well. I like the fall season, but so dread the coming of winter. Maybe it is because of my job and needing to drive in the bad weather that does not appeal to me!! I always told my Dad that I wanted to grow up to be a snow bird so I could go south in the wintertime!! lol..... I am hoping I will begin getting into a new routine soon, having finally earned Saturdays off. And with that new found freedom, I plan to try to take a drive up into the mountains of WV one weekend soon. I am located in the Kanawha River valley, and even though we have foothills, it is not the same as the mountains! I have not been online much lately and feel like I am missing a lot! But with getting settled into a routine, I am hoping I will be able to manage my time better. Take care, good hearing from you. pam

Hi, bonnie....I did have a grand day. Went to a family reunion with lots of great food! good company, good weather today. But here in West Virginia we are expecting the temps to drop to daytime highs of low 60's this upcoming week. The cool nights should really begin to make the trees change soon. Can't wait for the show! have a great week, i'll try to stop by Music one evening soon. pam :)
