This is my old girl, Rocket, a beautiful little black and tan cocker spaniel, a rescue dog we had for 10 years, and lost in January m2007 when she walked over the Rainbow Bridge. She was the smartest dog who ever owned us. She was my son's first dog and carried us through my doctoral program, surgeries, my son's bad etachers, everything. We owe her big-time.
