Lots at Happy Trails are privately owned. We decided to buy one, and here is our patio. There is a 2-story shed here too to expand our living space during the 4 - 6 months we'll be staying here in future years
You'll have a grand time in Beaver Creek in June! We just got word today that we should be leaving Denver about 5 February for somewhere in southern CA.....I'll let you know!
We will be returning to Happy Trails Feb. 1 after our commitment to help our daughter with her 2 lovable daughters is over. The months we'll probably be there annually are Nov. - April, and yes, we will be traveling a lot during the summer months. Colorado is the location of a June family reunion being planned by our kids, but we don't know the exact date. The location will be Beaver Creek. What fun it will be to get the cousins and second cousins together! How 'bout you? Where are you headed for the project you mentioned before?
Are you living here now? Which 4 to 6 months? I suppose you'll be wandering farther North in the summer months. Hope you are well, no matter where you are parked!
