Christmas is about making things right, Stabalization, Love.
Even though you may not believe, even though you may not agree, even though it may not seem possible, does not mean anything. There are many things in this world that are not explainable, rational, or possible and yet they are.
Christmas is not about Santa Claus. Nor is it about us receiving presents. It is about the birth of a very special person into this world who was to be the guide to the future generations.
Adam was born pure and rich wanting nothing, and was taught knowledge which he and his mate failed to use properly, thus they were removed from the comfort of the garden. When Adam and Eve left the garden they lived in a cave and learned how to provide for themselves. Christ was born into poverty, even though his parents were exceedingly rich, in a cave and was upon birth given great riches.
When Adam and Eve were removed from the garden the Angels wept. When Christ was born the Angels rejoiced and the Wise Men brought gifts to signify the return of man into the grace of God.
When Adam and Eve were removed from the garden they lost the right and ability to ask the Angels for help. When Christ was born the Angels, Wise Men and Gifts were symbols of all that was to be returned to the “Sons” of God.
Both Adam and Eve were representatives of the “Sons” of God and both did exactly what they were supposed to do. One allowed temptation, one overcame temptation. Adam learned there were consequences to his actions. Christ showed how to live and avoid those consequences.
Did Adam love God any less the Christ? I think not. I think that everything that happens - happens to show us a better way if we are willing to look and see what we are suppose to see. And I believe that every one of us has a purpose. So what was Adams purpose that he fulfilled? Freedom of Choice, without rebellion, without curiosity, without the knowledge of right and wrong there is no ‘Freedom of Choice’.
Adam gave us the ‘Freedom of Choice’ Christ gave us direction on how to use the ‘Freedom of Choice’. Okay I can already hear some of you yelling at me. But what was it God wanted when he made man? What was the one thing the Angels did not have? ‘Freedom of Choice’!
God wanted to be loved, not because but instead of. God wanted unconditional love and in order to have that he had to create something that could make choices and know the consequences of their actions.
So in order to do this someone had to fail and someone had to succeed. It is as simple as that.
The Wise Men who came to Christ at his birth where not just any Wise Men they signified all that the Jews knew and feared. They were Priests of the Highest Order in the Jewish sect called the Magi. These men knew Astrology, and other things the average person was not to know and they brought many gifts to the new born child as a representation of all that had been removed from Adam when he was removed from the garden.
This is what Christmas if about. It is about the return of God’s Chosen into the Garden – A place of pleasure, a state of innocence, bliss, or ultimate happiness, a paradise.
Does Santa Claus not live there? He has it all elves to do the work, a wonderful wife who waits on him, reindeer who take him all over the world in a matter of seconds. In one night he covers the earth with Tidings of Great Joy. He is a Merry Old Soul who laughs all the time and never has a bad moment. If the commercials are to be believed he even has his own credit cards and a home on the beach for when Christmas is over.
Whether you get a gift this year or not you are part of the ‘Chosen’! No matter your current belief system, religion or affiliation you are part of the ‘Chosen’ because it was to ‘all of mankind’ alike that God sent out his ‘Freedom of Choice’ and ‘Consequences’ too. You can receive or fail to receive the gift God has sent to you. And that is the ‘Freedom to Choose’. Jesus is our savior because he is the last chapter in the book. He is the one to return to us the key into the ‘Garden of Paradise’. Whether he is just a teacher, great man or savior is your choice. But he can be all three. That is why there were, in my opinion, 3 Wise Men. They represented all that is and could be.
May you have a wonderful life and may your Christmas be a good one whether you receive any physical gifts or not.Even though you may not believe, even though you may not agree, even though it may not seem possible, does not mean anything.
