Great photo. Was in Venice last December about this time when the record breaking high tides turned St. Mark's square into a water skiing lake. We actually had a curfew each night as the entrance to the hotel was blocked to keep out the high tides. Very interesting time, but missed all the beauty that I heard about...guess I should go back sometime. Your beautiful photo has put memories and future plans into my thoughts.
