After losing a 50 year old ginko tree that provided a lot of shade, we were left with a huge barren area. Instead of just planting grass, I decided to build a rock garden. It took 8 months and 16 tons of rocks, not to mention all of the plants! It helped keep me active and healthy during the winter months and in between my bi-weekly chemo treatments. I say it's complete, but you know it will always keep me busy playing in it. I thank God for the energy and the creativity I didn't know I had. Come by to see it and have a cup of coffee or a glass of lemonaide. It's a tranquil place to escape to
It's beautiful. Thanks for sharing. If my husband and I lived closer we would take you up on the cup of coffe or the glass of lemonaide. Your rock garden is probably even more beautiful live than the pictures show.
