thanks! it was done multilayered--I painted the colors like in the daytime photo and then used a glaze of thallo blue in layers to create the shadows in the grass, trees, and on the rocks
So many hues of blue, and the texture of the rockhouse itself is so definitive. How I would love to sit on the porch and run my fingers along the rocks in this richly textured house. And, to look out into the fields of blue landscaping, (coupled with brown ground and green grass), I know would get my own creative juices to flowing. Beautiful, just beautiful
