About Me

I am a 66 year old African American male. I am a retired Information Management Specialist from the US State Department, Foreign Service Corps. I am an incomplete quadraplegic, as the result of an auto accident in 1993 while assigned to the American Embassy in Lilongwe, Malawi (SE Africa). I am able to walk again, but only have limited use of my arms and hands, but still able to perform most tasks as normal
