Jen43, I love your paintings but I don't understand the saw ones. Did you literally paint those beautiful scenes on a real saw or is this a technique I haven't heard about? I have to say though, you paint the trees and bushes better than anyone I have seen in a long time. I am just amazed. Do you paint in watercolor or acrylics? Your barns are beautiful too; you have a great talent.

My husband bought the blue heron for me two years ago, and now he watches over the pond, and maybe his large presence scares away some of the smaller birds that have a tendency to get too close to the edge and fall in.
