NO !!! to the Healthcare bill
AARP does not represent my position in the Healthcare debate and may not use my membership to further this fiasco that is coming to America.
I shall cancel my AARP membership during their office hours (8am-8pm) effective 6 Nov 2009 after a ten year membership.
The phone number for this purpose is 888-687-2277 for those of you who may also wish to protest AARP's action of endorsing this health plan that will not only bankrupt America but also ruin our healthcare through government intrusion.

I too will cancel my membership. This organization represents its own financial interests and not that of its members. This is the second time AARP has gone its own way without asking its m,embers what they thought. Remember Cat coverage which congress had to repeal.
