CARE TO HAVE A LUMP IN YOUR THROAT?

Killed in action the week before, the body of Sergeant First Class John C. Beale was returned to Falcon Field in Peachtree City, Georgia, just south of Atlanta, on June 11, 2009. The Henry County Police Department escorted the procession to the funeral home in McDonough, Georgia.

A simple notice in local papers indicated the road route to be taken and the approximate time.

John,

With a tear in my eye, I had to swallow several times (that lump, you know).
I salute YOUR fallen HERO.

John, I don't think I'll ever not get a lump in my throat when I see or hear about our Fallen Heroes who fight for our country. God Bless this country and you for sharing this video.

Dear John, thank you for this moving tribute. Each man and woman who is in harm's way protecting our freedom and liberties needs to be honored. Those men and women are the guardians of everything our founding fathers fought so hard to achieve. No other country has achieved so much and yet it is all so fragile. My thoughts and prayers are with our soldiers and their families.

Thank you for this tribute to one of our fallen soldiers. Every town and state should do this tribute for all our soldiers.

Thank you so much, John....

May I also add a strong recommendation for the HBO film "Taking Chance"? It has been released on DVD and I can't say enough about this simple film that every patriotic American should see. Like the video you have posted here it just reinforces the great honor and respect we owe to every single one of these American heroes who live to serve the rest of us. No matter how we feel about our government we have to admit that all the agendas and all the policies boil down to the brave men and women who put themselves in harm's way for all the rest of us. It doesn't matter if they are tribal policemen, volunteer firefighters or in the armed forces we all owe them our undying gratitude. May God bless each and every one

Thank you for sharing. Anytime I see a tribute to our fallen here in California it gives me all of the stirred emotions that can go with it. Our soldier's, our police officer's, our fireman and all that serve for the public's welfare. Those who keep us safe. My heart goes out to each and every one of them. I pray for the day that our soldier's return home safely...
