Welcome to my profile! I am sixty-nine years old. I am married for forty-eight years to my best friend. We have three daughters and four grandchildren.
I home schooled one of my granddaughters for two and a half years
I have worked many jobs over the years, but being a home maker was my
most interesting and important job.
I like to sew, crochet and do all kinds of needlework. I enjoy going
camping with the family and walking in the woods. I like do it yourself
projects on our seventy year old house, and gardening. I belong to the
garden club at our church. 
I have done many kinds of volunteer jobs in the past, just started
to volunteer again with the local Rescue Mission and signed on at
Habitat for Humanity, they really need someone with a saw and a hammer,
but I am hoping they will find some way that I can help as I admire
the work they do for the homeless of the world. I have three groups on
the AARP that were started by Crittersister, Carolyn. Our Front Porch,
The Good News Group and The Book reading and Writing Club.
