club has been ended.

 been having quite a few doctors appointments to go to,thats why i havent written in journal lately.REALLY POOPED!!!when things start to ease up some ill be back to offer words of wisdom,or just plain old BS!!HENRY

 finally at a point of feeling better,been praying for nice long restful weekend with no drama!friend i live with is drama queen!been trying to find church to attend.prayers answered!local church helps with transportation!have chance to finally let them wallow in the drama!there are more constructive ways to live.HENRY

 good morning all,having my coffee and clearing the mental cobwebs.was disappointed no one is checking out  my group posting.OLDFARTS BOOKLOVERS CLUB!its really an open forum to reccomend books to each other,recipes im a whiz of a country cook!suggest movies.just a fun place to shoot the s***!well maybe it just takes time for folks to find it!!gotta get some breakfast starving!!HENRY

guess ill be calling it an early night and try to get some rest.think a nice hot shower and stretching out in bed is what i need,have too many nights my sleep apnea makes it impossible to sleep!am currently reading the new james patterson book "SUNDAYS AT TIFFANYS" looks like hes got another winner,really hard to put down!good night all HENRY
 

 sorry ive been away,just wasnt feeling up to par .guess we all have to expect those bad patches!my pooches stuck to me like glue during this time,they really do sense your moods dont they.hoping to be able to post pictures of them soon.both my babies i adopted,didnt even have to see them,just told the owners bring them on!both were abused.my Teddy is a beautiful longhaired dauchshund,he was eating garbage and no one was giving him the love he so deserved,because believe me he has tons of love he gives back.my other baby i named him little buddy  thats what the skipper on gilligans island called gilligan.and the name fits,hes a longhaired taco bell type with pomerainian mixed.when he came to me he had no name,was used only for stud,plus hes blind!from his personality  you would think hes a doberman!!so thats my introduction of my babies,God really blessed me didnt HE!!!HENRY

feeling a little better,think maybe it might just be a touch of SPRING FEVER!since the doctor adjusted my meds do feel a difference.my new hospital bed is supposed to come next week,sure hope so.the flat mattress is just so uncomfortable,with this copd and emphysema its really hard to breathe sometimes.looking foward to a nice peaceful weekend,hope everyone has the same HENRY 

hi my friends,just a quick hello.not really feeling well.ive had a flu shot,still feel like im catching something.hope you all enjoy your day,and have a peaceful night!HENRY 

 hope  everyone had pleasant night last night ,i almost slept too well,woke up this morning feeling sedated!guess i needed the rest.took me some time to realize that when your body tells you something you better listen or youll stand a good chance of getting sick!im supposed to have a hospital bed delivered some time this week,i have copd with emphysema and the flat bed is torture to try to rest on most times.cant blame anyone but me the shape my lungs are in,no one held a gun on me and made me smoke!the doctors take great care of me and most days im full of piss & vinegar!one thing i want to say before i close,im mainly looking for buddies to chat with,maybe eventually meet face to face and go to church or the movies etc...not looking for romance just some pals!HENRY
